Update and other stuff

So. I told you guys about what happened with my friend. Sadly, that was my friend and her boyfriend’s daughter in the car. My friend fractured her arm, her face, and the back of her skull. She had surgery the other day and was at the funeral today. Her boyfriend was very supportive and was hugging and holding her as much as possible. Her family was also very supportive. It was a rough day, and it will take some time for her to heal, but she has plenty of support. That was the update.

 

The other stuff is that I lost my job. I was working through a temp agency at an office as a receptionist. I worked over 480, or over 90 days, at the office. My position wasn’t guaranteed to be permanent. I think the problem was that I didn’t know how to do anything but answer phones. So, the temp agency called Friday afternoon and let me know that my services were no longer needed. It was a blow, as I really like the people in that office. But they also said they will hopefully have some info on another job that is strictly data entry. That will probably suck, staring at a computer screen all day, but hey, at least it’s a job right?

 

I promise I will do the last day of 30 days of truth soon. I apologize for not doing the last day, but things have obviously been a tad crazy!!  Thanks for sticking around everyone!
